It's time for another Canada Day Draw!
Hard to believe we are almost half way through the year and talking about Canada Day which is on July 1st. Orders placed in May through to June 12th will be eligible to win a Canada Day Package that includes a Canada toque, one of our t-shirts (your choice) Canada Day accessory package with flag, banner, tablecloth, glow stick flags, visor, tote, Dare Maple cookies, Nestle Smarties, Maynards candy, Tim Hortons coffee, and Red Rose tea. There will also be 2 secondary draws for a T-Shirt from our website. Draws will be done June 17th and winners will be notified by email.
We continue to add to the site and now offer close to 800 products. Lay's Honey Butter potato chips, and Doritos Spicy Garlic Tortilla chips are just a couple of the new products and Granny's butter tarts are back! We realize most of our customers stick with their favourites but sometimes it's fun to try a new product or flavour. Sorry to say that one of our most popular products, Stoned Wheat Thins crackers, has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We don't know if this is temporary due to a packaging refresh or permanent.
We're seeing more and more of this happening especially with confectionery, not only the packaging but also some of the weights changing.
If you are searching for a particular product and don't see it on the site, let us know. It could be a food or otc product, beauty product, or something as simple as a souvenir item you would like us to add to an order. We'll do our best to source your requests.
We sell a lot of chocolate and that doesn't slow down during the summer. This can be tricky during the warmer months. Unfortunately courier trucks are not air conditioned. Express service will have your order delivered the day after it is shipped. Another option is 2 Day Expedited delivery which is easier on the budget and with the addition of ice packs and a cooler bag, (you will need these with Express shipping too) your chocolate and/or other perishable products such as chocolate covered cookies, cream-filled snack cakes, salad dressing, chip dip, cheese, etc. will arrive in good condition. If you are using Ground Service, we can't guarantee there won't be some melting/damage.

Two Canadians die and end up in hell. The devil decides to pay them a visit, so he walks into their room and sees them talking and laughing. Confused, he asks them why they're happy. They tell him, "Well, we're so sick of the cold, and this place is nice and toasty." The devil, annoyed, storms away and goes to Hell's boiler room, where he turns up the temperature.
He goes back to the Canadians' room, along the way being begged by all sorts of people to put the heating back down. He enters the room to see the Canadians having a barbecue. Furiously, he asks them what they're doing. "Well, we can't pass up this wonderful weather without getting out the barbecue!"
The devil realizes he's been doing the wrong thing. He goes to the boiler room and turns it down until it's at a colder temperature than ever seen on earth. He knows he's won now, so he goes back to the Canadians' room, only to see them jumping up and down in excitement. He shouts at them in fury, "WHY ARE YOU STILL HAPPY?!?”
They look at him and shout at the same time, "Hell froze over!!! That means the Leafs won!"
